Legendary horn player JAMES THATCHER, icon of the Hollywood Studio, favorite musician of John Williams, will lead the participants of the workshops in a film music concert. The program will include the most famous pieces of film music (“Star Wars”, “Jurassic Park”, “Independence Day”, “Magnificent Seven” and others) performed by various ensemble (horns, trumpets, trombones and tubas) performed by workshop participants and tutors.

In the final concert, the festival’s artists will create the CORNO Brass Ensemble (4 french horns, 4 trumpets, 3 trombones, tuba, piano and percussion). The ensemble, as a kind of big band, will perform ambitious, demanding own compositions by Adam Rapa and arrangements of famous classical pieces. Quote from the composer: “Like last year, we will hit the public’s minds and senses, we will also challenge members of the ensemble with an unusual but fun repertoire.”
